Maze Jumper V2.3

Some background work has been done for later levels.

Level changes include some fixes to collision issues mostly with the moving platforms. The ghost closest to the door would also sometimes disappear so it has been adjusted and doesn't seem to do so anymore. The last main change was to the platform with the lava pit toward the middle of the level. It was very easy to accidentally fall in so the area was adjusted to make it harder to fall in when you can't see it on the camera.
